2. Service Description
Our platform empowers businesses to send compliant messages across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Order and delivery status notifications
- Shipping and logistics updates
- Customer support communications
- Two-factor authentication (2FA/OTP)
- Service quality surveys (with explicit opt-in)
- Account security and fraud alerts
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited uses include:
- Sending unsolicited promotional content (spam)
- Disseminating illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violating WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy or Business Policy
- Sending bulk messages without explicit opt-in consent
- Impersonating another business or individual
- Bypassing WhatsApp or SMS messaging limits
- Sharing content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Transmitting malware, phishing, or fraudulent activity
4. Data Processing
We process data in line with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. By using the Service, you confirm you have lawful consent to process personal data you submit through our platform.
5. WhatsApp & Messaging Requirements
When using WhatsApp or other supported channels, you must comply with all applicable requirements, including:
- Using only pre-approved message templates
- Respecting WhatsApp’s 24-hour messaging rule
- Including clear opt-out instructions in every message
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date business profile information
- Restricting templates to approved use cases only
- Honoring opt-out requests (e.g., STOP commands) immediately
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, WhatsApp policies, or applicable laws. Appeals may be submitted within 14 days to compliance@yourdomain.com.
